Every braided rug product; area rug, chair pad, place mat, and/or runner ordered on our website is custom made for the individual customer at the time the item is ordered. For this reason orders can take up to 8 weeks to ship. The shipping time is based on a number of factors. The size and color of the item(s) ordered as well as the time of the year all affect the processing and shipping time of orders. Orders normally ship within 4 to 8 weeks.

All rug orders over $149 or more qualify for FREE Shipping (Continental United States Only). Your rug order will be delivered 2-8 business days after your rug order ships.

We do not inflate the shipping cost on our rugs to make extra money. We also do not inflate the cost of our smaller rugs to offer free shipping on them. Shipping cost are based on the weight of the rugs ordered, the customer’s address and the shipping company’s rates!
