1. Find the Products You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the braided rug products you would like to order. You can search for a product in our store by entering a keyword in the search box. You can start browsing our store by select a category located on the left side of your screen.

2. Add the Products to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Heartland Braided Rugs, click the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product detail page. Once you’ve added a product to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the products you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by moving your mouse over the small cart at the top of every page on our website and clicking the “View Cart”.

Be sure to review all of the braided rug products including options you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. You may edit options by clicking the “Edit product options” link under the product’s listed options. If you decide that you don’t want to purchase a particular product right now, click the “Remove” button next to the price. The item will be remove from your current Shopping Cart. You may also change the quantity of a braided rug product you would like to order by entering a new number in the “Quantity” Box located to the left of the title and clicking the “Recalculate” button.

Once your ready to proceed, click the “Checkout” button.

3. Proceed to Checkout

You will be taken to our simple checkout process. If you are “Already registered? Click here to login“.

4. Enter Billing Address

Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company (if applicable), Address, Country, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code and Telephone number.

Click “Create an account for later use” to enter a password and create an account for future use. Your email address will be your username.

Note on Passwords

  • Passwords are case sensitive. For instance, “HEARTLAND” and “heartland” are two different passwords. When choosing a password, remember the capitalization you use.
  • Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters.
  • It’s best to avoid passwords that are easy to guess, such as “secret,” “password,” or “letmein.” We also suggest that you avoid using your name, e-mail address, or other personal information that is easily obtained.
  • Though it’s not a requirement, adding numbers or special characters to your password will make it even stronger. For example, the password “HeartLand#1” is a much stronger password than “heartland”.
  • Guard your password carefully. Remember, anyone who knows your password may access your account.

6. Enter Shipping Information (if applicable)

To enter a separate shipping address enter a shipping address.

7. Shipping Method

We only ship UPS Ground to the 48 continuous States and UPS 2nd Day Air to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders take 2 to 8 weeks to fill.

8. Select Payment Method

Heartland Braided Rugs accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. All orders must be prepaid. If you’re paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. If applicable enter in the 3 or 4 digit code on the back or front of your card.

9. Order Review

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the “Place Order” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

10. Comment

Use the comment field for any special request or directions regarding your order.

11. Coupon code

If you have a coupon code enter it in the Coupon code field and click “Apply”.

12. Sign Up for Newsletter

Check the box to sign up for our newsletter.

Please read and check the box to agree to “I read and agree to the Term and Conditions”.

13. Place Order

Click “Place Order” to complete your order.
